HAPPY HOLIDAYS! for poly students~ :P Been such a long time since I last written a blog post~ Had been having exams and another reason is --- I'm plain lazy to write a post. xD Let's start from last Monday on which I had my first paper, Principles of Accountancy which I thought was easier than what I expected and then Tuesday, I literally procrastinated three-quarter of the day and on Wednesday, just reading through my self-written Statistics notes. In the end, I completed the paper in an hour. Woots! On Thursday, Kaiwen and I reached Weiting's house at 4pm and we watched Ratatoulie! I can't believe that they never watch it before when I already watched it for.. almost 10 times?! But! It's still as funny as ever; I love it! xD During evening, we made our YuSheng using the ingredients I brought from home and yum yum yum! Cloey, a baby that Weiting's family babysits, only knows how to knock the plate and table with the chopsticks. OTL After dinner, we went down for a walk and went back after a while to continue watching movies in the night, not to forget; playing with the wardrobe. Friday, woke up at 7.40am to chat with my guy and then in the noon, we prepared to go over to Kaiwen's house. We initially planned to walk over to her house from Weiting's house but the weather is just damn too hot and the sun is too bright. So we walked to the bus interchange and took a bus instead. Oops. Turns out Jingwen and Shiling were slightly earlier than us! Lucky that we didn't walk! After which, we went in to Kaiwen's house and eat some New Year goodies, and played a card game. It's not gambling, but more of seeing how compatible one girl is with one guy. And! My relationship was perfect on the first try!!! Oh, how happy I was that time! xD And then we tried a few more times before going down for dinner with Kaiwen's mum. Saturday and Sunday, I just read Econs notes and I completed the puzzle piece at my grandmother's house! so proud of my self, it was a 300 pieces puzzle! :D Monday, which is today, took my last paper and then went Bugis with Kaiwen and Weiting! Shopping!! Woohooooo! Bought a laced jumper, a wine red and high waist skirt, a aeroplanes-printed shirt and a white long dress-shirt with black collar! Spent a total of $42 on clothes and YES! I am totally satisfied with my new clothes! xD And there was a funny incident with Kaiwen~ Her body hair on her hand got shaved off by a female shop keeper and awww, my condolences to your hair. :3 I know she's gonna curse me when she sees this. :P Anyway! We went to Clementi after Bugis before going home. We were originally planning to take neoprints at Bugis but the shop moved out already so it was a pity.. The neoprints are really nice! :o But, I still had a great time with my two sisters; its been a while since we went shopping together! :3 And now I'm gonna go back to Facebook to talk with my guy. HAPPY NEW YEAR! GONG XI FA CAI! Now gimme red packets! BDJust kidding~ x) Anyway! Hope you guys had a great Chinese New Year and get more angbao! Hehe :3 Well, sad to say I wasn't very great this year because I got sore throat before CNY and it developed into a cough whilst I caught a cold too. OTL Not to forget to mention the weather was stormy, rainy and windy which resulted in me wearing jacket wherever I go. New Year's Eve was kinda normal? Stayed at home the whole day and ate reunion dinner with parents. Usually, my uncle would treat the whole family of my father's side to a reunion dinner at some restaurant, but guess his business didn't went well last year. Aww, that's a bit sad though I don't really care. Okay, after dinner, my family and I took a stroll at the nearby malls and stalls, which didn't had much to sell since it was raining almost the whole day. New Year! My mum originally wanted to eat a vegetarian meal at the temple but there was too much people and no more car parks left so we just went off to grandmother's house. Ate some food since I hadn't had breakfast before the relatives arrived and played with the dog that my uncle brought back from his friend's place. She was fierce to my mother but neutral to me though. xD Then the relatives and its ANGBAO time! $.$ Hehehe~ They ate lunch, stayed a little while more and went off. My migraine acted up again that day so I just stayed quiet and smiled most of the time. After them, my aunt came! My cousin was gorgeous with her peach red dress~ Envy her figure! x) And of course my other cousin was good looking! xD We ate Yu Sheng during evening and damn! It was so nice, especially the salmon; oh, how much I love them. *-* This is for the first day of New Year! :D The second day of New Year, we went to fetch my grandmother before driving to my relative's house. Ate lunch and then went back home. Then we went over to my father's side in late noon. Well, I must say I don't have good feelings for them, I only meet them during New Year which would mean I usually only meet them once per year. This year I met them twice, my fifth aunt passed away so we went to her funeral. Third aunt still look as vibrant although she's already 62; she has no white hair mind you and yes, her black hair is 100% natural. I only preferred talking to her and two other aunts, they were more.. motherly, I guess? The aunts only know how to gossip, and they were gossiping on my diet before I went home. Anyways, the only things I do over there is to collect angbao and watch television. .__.v After dinner, we went home at about late noon and thanks to my migraine, cough and cold, I turned in at 8.30pm, waking up two times in the night. The third day of New Year, sadly to say, I spent it with WeiTing in the library studying. Sucks to have exams during New Year period. After the exams will most probably be working part time somewhere~ Oh, I was so happy today. x) My weight, which had stuck for about a month, has finally started dropping again! It dropped by almost one kilogram today! I am damn happy! I have finally stepped into the 40+ kg range! *-* And of course, lastly, tomorrow is Valentine Day! ALOHAAAAAAAA! BD I just realised that I haven't updated my blog for quite a while already so here I am! Hehe~ Okay, some stuffs that happened this week was that sadly, I didn't get selected for the UK immersion trip. Was kind of disappointed to be honest.. But, never mind~ I applied for the Da lian immersion too, speaking of which the interview is on this Wednesday! and anyway, I still have 2 years in SP. There are still many chances! :D Sistar19 has returned with "Gone not around any longer" as well as LeeSSang with "Tears"! The songs are all so nice! Sistar19's new song was to be an 'all-kill', meaning well-liked, the song topped quite a lot of music charts already I heard. Not to forget, their dance was so freaking sexy too, especially Hyorin! LeeSSang's new song is a ballad, and I like their lyrics and of course Gary's rap. NOW! Here comes the first highlight of today's post. BD I went with Kaiwen to her friend, Suraj's birthday party at a ballroom on Sunday; 3rd Feb. It was fun! Although I was awkward with her poly mates at first, but we all started laughing after a while and I must say! They are so awesome and funny! I was really awkward, staring at them talking at first but they started to try to talk to me so I just went along and I was basically introduced as the one "that laughs at practically everything and anything" thanks A LOT to Kaiwen! I would really love to put pictures in here to show you Kaiwen's poly mates but I have to figure out how first. OTL Xiying, I hope I spelled it correctly.. LOL, kept laughing at me when the host was doing his prayers, I can kind of guess what was so funny at that time because I couldn't stop laughing either! The moment our eyes met, we just burst into laughter! But of course, we don't mean any offense to anyone okay? C: And finally, DINNER! Well, before we went to eat, we went to a photo-taking machine and took lots of pictures! I REALLY WANT TO SHOW OFF THE PICTURES BUT ARGH! LET ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THAT FIRST OKAY! We went back into the ballroom at about 8pm and it's time for FOOD! YUMYUMYUM! The first I took was Dokkbuki! Say YAY! And the next ----- SALMON! My all time favorite :3 These are my first servings, my second serving was salad veggies with cubic bread crumbs, along with the sauce. Another 2 salmon rolls, one sausage and a piece of chicken! I love chicken! And my last serving was fruits ------raspberries, blueberries and strawberries! Man.. The food was so delicious that I decided to forgo my diet for one night xD Shirley keep getting potato and carrots for her own diet, haha! Now we come to the quiz part, where the host ask questions about Suraj and the guests were supposed to answer! It basically tests our knowledge of Suraj, and of course I didn't participate because I only knew him for a few hours in total! The exciting part ------ DANCING TIME! I must say, the funniest times are at this time! There was this guy who's interested in Xiying so he kept dancing and looking over at Xiying's reactions. Well, too bad to say, Xiying had no interest in him. Awww~ Better luck for the next girl, dude! The ending was just dancing and taking pictures, Amirul and Suraj invited us, the girls for a last dance. It was so awkward for me though. My height and his don't match and we were practically turning in circles while chatting LOL! We went home at 10.30pm and I reached home at 11.45pm, slept at 12am. I was so worn out today, that's why. BUT! No matter how worn out I am, I can't forget something! My SECOND MONTH anniversary! Although it was quite worrying that his stomach is still hurting and he needs to go to the doctor on our second month.. But I'd rather him get well first; we still have many more months to go! So, I think I wrote quite a lot therefore, I shall end here! Thank you lovelies for reading~! |
